As the parent/guardian of the listed participant, permission
is hereby given for my/our child's participation in any and all activities
associated with the RYF& C League, so long as he/she may be able
to, under the rules and regulations of the League. I/We do agree,
my/our child may assume the risks and hazards incidental to such activities.
I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to hold harmless
the RYF & C League, their organizers, sponsors & coaches from
any claim arising out of any injury to my/our child. I/We understand
that my/our child is covered by team insurance that is secondary to
any other insurance the child is covered by.
I/We agree to and shall pay all fees associated with
the registration and uniform/equipment my/our child may need in order
to participate. I/We ensure the return of any and all uniforms/equipment,
in good condition (normal wear & tear is acceptable), at the end
of the season. I/We understand, if the uniform/equipment is not returned
or is damaged beyond normal wear, I/we will pay the cost of replacement.
All registration fees must be paid at the time of registration.
It being understood that no child will be allowed to practice or participate
in any RYF & C functions until all fees, current physical form,
recent photograph & a certified copy of their birth certificate
have been turned in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Children must be at practice no earlier than 5:15 p.m.
Practice begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. (practice times
may vary, please check with your child's coach). Please do not leave
your child alone at practice. It is required that each player have
a parent/guardian at the fields AT ALL TIMES. The RYF & C League
cannot and will not be responsible for children before or after the
above listed times. If it becomes a problem, then a decision will
be made as to whether or not your child may remain on the team. This
is for the safety of your child as well as RYF & C League.
Any problems that arise must be brought to the attention
of an Executive Board Member. This must be done before or after practice.
Any conversations are to be conducted in a fashionable manner. No
parent is allowed on any practice field during practice. In accordance
with the RYF & C League by-laws, if this is not followed, it could
result in the termination of your association with the RYF & C
League for the remainder of the year.
RYF & C cannot and will not tolerate any parent,
player, cheerleader, coach or spectator causing any kind of disturbance.
No threats are to be made to anyone associated with the League or
the RYF & C League itself, at any time. This includes meetings,
practices, games or any other functions of the League. One warning
will be given for the first offense. The second offense will result
in the termination of your association with the RYF & C League
for the remainder of the year. Also, in accordance with the RYF &
C by-laws, any such person causing any fines to be levied against
the League will be responsible for paying any and all fines.
It is required that every child participating in football
or cheerleading must have at least one parent/guardian to volunteer
in the ticket booth and/or the chain gang for at least one home game.
An Executive Board Member will be in touch with you during the first
two weeks of practice to let you sign up for the game you prefer.
The League pays for one of the clubs from Rosman High School to work
the concession stand; in order for parents to see their children's
game. Please do your part.
Please realize that by signing the registration form
for your child to participate in the RYF & C League you are agreeing
to ALL parts of these rules and agreeing to work at least one home
game this season.
Please remember that this organization is here for the
children and the examples we set for them now will having a lasting
impression on their lives.
